## How Long Does Article Generation Take After I Approve A Topic?

A few minutes typically. The Articles producer runs research (10–15 live tool calls), image generation (3–4 in-blog images plus a thumbnail), writing (a single 2,500–3,500 word pass), link injection, formatting, and WordPress publish in sequence. The slowest stage is research — intentionally not rushed. Most articles land as drafts in WordPress and the workspace within 10 minutes of approval.

## Can I Edit The Brand Voice After Onboarding?

Yes. Open the Brand Profile in the workspace and update Brand Tone, Audience Description, or any of the voice and audience fields. The next producer run picks up the new values automatically — Topics next month, Articles when a topic is approved, Inbound on the next message. No re-deployment, no manual sync.

## What Happens If I Reject A Topic Or Article?

The work stops at that point. A rejected topic is logged but no article is generated. A rejected article is logged but never schedules and never repurposes. Rejection is terminal — rejected items don't auto-retry, don't reappear in the queue, and don't accidentally get picked up later.

## Are Images Generated From Scratch Or Templated?

Generated from scratch, per article, calibrated to the brand's identity. The Image Generation Agent reads the article brief and produces 3–4 unique in-blog images, each at a different angle and composition. The Thumbnail Agent produces a separate featured image engineered for both hero and small-thumbnail scales. The Repurpose producer generates 3 more images for social — each at the right aspect ratio for its target platform. No stock photos. No reused templates.

## Can I Schedule Articles Manually Instead Of Using The Auto-Scheduler?

Yes — but the default is auto-scheduling for a reason. Approved articles auto-schedule to the next available Mon/Wed/Fri at 9am, never double-book, and queue cleanly when multiple articles are approved at once. Overriding this means picking slots manually in WordPress, which the brand can do, but the auto-scheduler is the recommended workflow.

## Where Does My Brand Data Live And Who Can Access It?

Every brand runs on dedicated infrastructure: own workspace, own n8n instance, own vector index, own image rendering account. Data is physically isolated, not just logically partitioned. No other brand's pipeline can access the brand's data because the pipelines run on different infrastructure.
